Lougher & Co is a family-run management business built for a small collection of exceptional homes.
My career in London's technology sector included working for a property software company, giving me a close view of how intelligent systems improve performance. As a property investor, I understand the commercial decisions from an owner's perspective.
Earlier, I spent three years working in Japan, including in guest services for a five-star accommodation provider. That experience taught me the discipline behind genuine luxury. Service should feel personal, proactive and effortless. That combination of property, technology and hospitality now shapes every stay.
